no recommending psych drugs at school in Connecticut

During a March 22 meeting, the Board of Education approved eight new policies that had received their required second reading to the members that evening.
The psychotropic drug policy prohibits the board from recommending the use of stimulants and anti-depressants used to treat behavioral, social and emotional problems for students. The policy refers to Ritalin, Adderal and Dexedrine as examples.
